VERY disappointed to find it was a self-help book for women (almost exclusively) who want to 'shake up' their look. Skimmed it, put it on the return pile/5. This book is absolutely incredible. I have a whole new appreciation for those who made clothing, repurposed clothing, remodeled clothing in our country's history.

The photos are outstanding and the stories behind the clothing reveal so much. It's a great book for so many things, but wonderful to cuddle up with on a cold winter's ngiht/5.
